Robert Fripp (b. 1946) is an English guitarist known for his pioneering work in progressive rock, experimental music and ambient music. He has released 38 studio albums, most notably "In the Court of the Crimson King" (1969) and "Exposure" (1979). His current label is Discipline Global Mobile and his most recent album is "The Wine of Silence" (2020). Fripp is a three-time Grammy Award nominee.
