Mark Tremonti is an American musician and songwriter. He is best known as the lead guitarist of the rock bands Creed (1995) and Alter Bridge (2004). He has released five solo albums through Fret12 Records, the latest being A Dying Machine (2018). He has won a Grammy Award for "My Sacrifice" (2001) and "One Last Breath" (2003).
