Roger Waters (born 1943) is a British progressive rock musician, songwriter, and composer. He is best known as a founding member of the band Pink Floyd and for his solo work. He is currently signed to Columbia Records; his key albums include The Wall (1979), Amused to Death (1992), and Is This the Life We Really Want? (2017). Waters has won 3 Brit Awards, 3 Ivor Novello Awards, and 2 Grammy Awards.
