Metallica (formed 1981) is an American heavy metal band on Blackened Recordings. Their key albums are Kill 'Em All (1983), Ride the Lightning (1984), Master of Puppets (1986), and Black Album (1991). Their latest album is Hardwired...To Self-Destruct (2016). They have won 9 Grammy Awards.
